per DAHR - "Bernie Grossman and Billy Frisch, known co-authors of "A Trip to Hitland," may be the composers "B.G." and B.F." - two of the credited writers on the label. No one with the initials "E.R." has been identified as a contributor to the musical."

A couple of quick searches turned up some adverts and sheet music with a co-composer named Ed Rose, who is likely the "E.R."
