 That black label is missing the phrase "Viva-tonal Recording" (because it is an acoustic, not an electric recording), but the combination of one patent date (Jan. 21, '13) and patent nr. RE. 16588 should date this repress to 1928-1929, cf. M. Sherman & K. Nauck, "Note the Notes," page 32.

 The flag label with the white patent text without Inc. after the company name dates to exactly 1924. The later labels with Inc. are from 1925, the previous one with black patent text from Dec. 1923-Jan. 1924. See also M. Sherman & K. Nauck, "Note the Notes," page 30.
