That black Gold Band label is an October 1917 repress. Black indicates represses, and JZ stands for the date, cf. the list in our 78 rpm Forum.

Labels {1057746} and {1057748} represent a KX = November 1919 pressing (six patent dates in one line listed at the bottom of the label)

The label in the Youtube video, in contrast, which lists six patents in two lines and seems to have an KY label printing date code, is from November 1918; cf. Mike Sherman & Kurt Nauck, Note the Notes: An Illustrated History of the Columbia Record Label 1901-1958, New Orleans 1998, p. 28.

The record sleeve dates to ca. 1918-1919, cf. http://www.45spaces.com/company-sleeves-78rpms/r.php?r=bjs833791 although it could be as recent as 1921, depending on what's on the back.
