There should only be a vocal on the B side ("Charmaine"). M. Ruppli, Decca Label Discography, vol. 2, page 229-231, attributes both arrangements to Eddie Durham and the "Charmaine" vocals on mx. 60015A to Sy Oliver. The earlier Decca release, however, lists the vocalist as Dan Grissom, and the voice sounds like his.

B side (vocals starting at 1:35):

with vocal by Dan Grissom and arranged by Eddie Durham (trb; gtr.).

B side matrix; 60015-A, recorded September 30, 1935 in New York, N.Y.
"Charmaine" arranged by Sy Oliver and is from Fox Films Production "What Price Glory".

Both these sides originally released on American Decca 628 in 1935, with A & B titles reversed.
(Decca 628 is already on this site).
