 Bob, your second copy is a 1914-1917 Magic Notes label (Columbia Graphophone Company) with 6 patent dates in 4 lines, cf. M. Sherman & K. Nauck, "Note the Notes," page 27.

 Bob, your Magic Notes label (Magic Notes with 5 patent dates) was used between ca. 1913-1914 (cf. Mike Sherman & Kurt Nauck, Note The Notes: An Illustrated History of the Columbia Record Label, 1901-1958, p. 27).

My Columbia Gold Band label with 4 patents in two lines dates to ca. 1920-1922 (cf. M. Sherman & K. Nauck, Note The Notes, p. 29).
