Added alternative labels. Not sure which came first?

This kind of mislabeling happens more often than one would like.

I Have a copy of Columbia BF 136 where the label of track A and B are identical : " Un Refrain Courait Dans La Rue"

The same coupling (La vie en rose / Un refrain courait dans la rue) was apparently also released on Columbia DF 3152 (same matrix, CL 8287, for La vie en rose ), and it seems that that one was the original issue, with the release date of BF 136 later in that effect. So I guess I have to leave the year 1949 for this issue.

Hi Jock_Girl, as you have added this record with a release year, you may have had an idea about it, but 1949 cannot be true for the original issue. Wikipedia pages in all languages say that this was recorded in 1947, and the German page even specifies the recording date as early as Jan 4, 1947 and the release month as Feb 1947, and also suggests that BF 136 was the original Columbia cat# in France.

Looking at the other French Columbia releases on 78RPM, however, I have to admit that also a 1948 release date may be possible. See also the Swedish release, allegedly released in Aug 1948. Perhaps LouisSidney or some other French user can validate the date.
