For the Swedish, Danish & Australian issues (see the links) the tracks & images now have to be reversed.

Well done, xiphophilos. Treated the same for US and UK issue on RYM.

Well, on this record, as I now see, the original American release on Victor 40-4003, at least, marked "Ain't Misbehavin'" as the A side:

The only reason we use the lower matrix as the A side is for a consistent approach and so we don't get into endless arguments about which is the A side on 78's when for the most part at the time there was no such thing as an A and B side.

I'm a little bit surprised that neither the A nor the B side of the only two images that clearly are of the same record (2835326 and 2835327) shows any tax code around the spindle hole. Does it appear stamped in the runouts?

Regarding the A & B side question, I find it hard to believe that the only Vocal on this record, "Ain't Misbehavin'", should be the B side. Yes, the matrix number is higher than on "Moppin' and Boppin'", but I don't think that is decisive. I've seen numerous Victor records where the same is true, and the side designators there show that a higher matrix number is the A side.

HMV C-3737 - labels and variants added. Moppin' is the A-side.
