 Your labels, MrPasta, also use a different font and add a period to the catalog nr. (F.3355) and the matrix numbers. Moreover, they have the purchase tax code DT (9 Apr. 1948 - 29 Dec. 1950), whereas the labels of Scratchy45's record have the earlier TT tax code (14 Apr. 1943 - 9 Apr. 1946).

Parlophone's F-series seems to have switched from black to purple labels sometime in 1949.

I've added the recording date based on Bill Dean-Myatt's wonderful "Scottish Vernacular Discography."

 I'm not sure if Scratchy's labels here are actually black as they appear on my screen but mine are more mauve/plum so I've added them here

 The tax code is correct as this was released Jan 1946 (not 1950 as submitted), after Scottish material recording was suspended for most of WW2.

 The TT embossed in the centre is a 1943-1946 UK tax code.
