 Russell - The Rhythmic Troubadours was a pseudonym used by Regal and Regal Zonophone for many bands including those led by Harry Reser, Ben Selvin, Guy Lombardo, Stan Greening, Debroy Somers, Percival Mackey, and quite a few others. The George Olsen link you give is just one of the recordings issued under this alias. The DAHR could do with clarifying this.

The vocalist on both sides of this disc is Val Rosing

 "The Rhythmic Troubadours" is a pseudonym for (Henry Hall's) BBC Dance Orchestra - note matrix numbers are identical to those on linked releases, except the C - which is actually a © to denote the use of a Blumlein cutter (source, p.137), and was sometimes left off Australian labels.
