 There are 45's of most other Gotham 78's in the range of this particular record, so it's certainly possible - although I haven't found any evidence for one and I have been a long-time fan of Jay's work. That said, I once did see (but unfortunately didn't have the $ to buy) a 45 of his Timely single "Baptize Me In Wine", and there is almost no internet evidence of that existing, either.

 I find it surprising that here, on his first release, Jay Hawkins is already using the "Screaming" adjective. His other early sides on Timely show him as Jalacy (his given name) on Timely, or Jay on his earliest Mercury and Wing sides, with "Screamin' Jay Hawkins" next showing up on "I Put A Spell On You".
