 Yes, there are various discographies online which show he was recording regularly throughout the 1930s, and pretty much up until just after the war.

 I think it's simply that we haven't had them posted yet. This suggests that he was going full plunk throughout.

 Looking at the Formby list, this was George's first record for 3 years, yet he was at the height of his fame. Does anyone know why this might be?
