It may well have been the original sleeve, as the first 6 Decca records were by Bing (100-101) and Lombardo (102-105).

The sleeve is from Fall 1934 to May 1935. The Supreme Court declared the NRA (National Recovery Administration), whose logo appears in the upper left, unconstitutional on May 27, 1935.(source)

It would have been before the NRA (National Recovery Administration) was shot down, that's for sure.

First US Decca issue. Some labels added. The orig. issue does not show the matrix .numbers at 9 o'clock. Date of sleeve (with Bing & Lombardo pictured) unknown to me.
