 Anyway the label design clearly identifies the album as a 1946 release, see Modern (Music) 139 from Aug 1946 and 142 from Oct 1946.

 Scans of the entire album MM1 and its three records (Modern 1000, 1001, 1002) are on Discogs, also with the date 1948.

Bully Wully Boogie

They have the wrong year (1948) for the album on YouTube though. I don’t remember where I got the 1946 date from, but the label design is from late 1946 or early 1947 anyway (it’s neither the first Modern Music label design from 1945 nor the later “Modern Records Hollywood” label from 1948 onwards).

Meanwhile I have uploaded the A-side label here too (unfortunately, I haven't kept the B-side image).

 Actually this is an earlier release from 1946, as part of the Hadda Brooks album Queen Of The Boogie, on the then "Modern Music" label (cat# MM1). A label image of this record is on Rate Your Music, as well as an image of the album cover (both once contributed by myself).
(Release year and composer credit for the A-side added here accordingly.)

 BB 11 Sep 1948 p.32 {Modern ad] has an image of Hadda Brooks, the “Queen of the Boogie,” and lists her then newest release “Bully Wully Boogie” as Modern 20-600. So this must be a later reissue.
