scrough 30th May 2020		The CLPGS reference series 'Imperial' booklet/database has both sides of this (and 1042 to 1045) attributed to Lionel Rothery, and recorded 30 Aug 1922. However the name on the B side cannot be Lionel Rothery. But it also says that 1039 and 1040 were issued as 'George Currie', a pseudonym for Rothery, which could fit what we can see of the name on the B side. Although announced as ready for release in September, 1041-1045 didn't become available until December because of the large number of orders received for this newly created label
