A cool song, no question, but it is the same thing with some very very common German Elvis Presley LP-Albums on orange RCA-Victor, who also were totally overpriced with that value-system. Totally overpriced, but a cool song. Normally everyone can grab that records for a few bucks. Only a Jerk will pay such a price for that record. Insane.

The funny thing is, the two ebay copies are offered by the same person who overvalued the record here.

Moreover, both seem to be the same record (same two white dots to the right of the spindle hole on A, 2 white "commas" under the spindle hole on B).

Once, this $1 record is offered for $499.00 ("Vinyl is beautiful and glossy”), once for only $325.00, but now described as “ULTRA RARE Copy EX”. I love that you have to pay an extra $3.65 Economy Shipping if you spend the $499.00, but get shipping for free if you pay the $325.00.

Well, it only takes one sucker to buy the Brooklyn Bridge.

1960ac appears to be under the impression that there is only 1 copy? Well there are 2 others on ebay as I type this.

According to a Capitol Records ad in Billboard, Mar 5, 1955, page 25, this reissue was a "bestselling" record, so there should still be plenty of copies around. I would expect to find this at an estate sale or in a thrift shop in my area for between 50 cents and $2. I just rarely pick up Nat King Cole records nowadays.

I ran this record through popsike and a copy didn't surface. Probably because it's worth between $5 to $10 and could probably be found in a Goodwill or another thrift store.

Well, it is the "only available copy", or at least the only copy available from this seller, and he's only asking for $399 for an EX copy, to be fair.;-)

What planet would this record be worth $532 at?
