78rpm-maniac 25th Jan 2021		Yes that´s more realistic. All those valuations belong very close to the current condition of such a record. Maybe in the 1970s where 78-rpm-records in Germany were completely uninteresting to the collectors, some clever people grabbed them from households-clearances, from attics or from cellars, or from the "street-trash". But now, some 78-rpm-records are valuable till today. Best examples are the 1920s blues-records from the USA. But in Germany in those days, blues-music was totally unknown to the public.

xiphophilos 24th Jan 2021		I think I found your source then, Mike. The auction ended 22 Nov 2016, and 3 bidders drove the price up from €14.99 to €22.50 (=$24). Note, though, that the condition is described as "Acceptable", which in my book is a far cry from Near-Mint.

78rpm-maniac 24th Jan 2021		Another ridiculuos example for the new Value-function. Nobody will sell such a Comedian Harmonists record for 20 Euro. Nobody and Never ever.
