As said by xiphophilos, the label represents a pressing from soon after WW 2. This proves by the inscription at the top of the label, "Unter der Zulassung Nr. ... der Nachrichtenkontrolle der Militärregierung" which means "Under the permission no. ... of the news control of the military government".
