 It's different: Starting in July 1952 (with #433 and #830 or 831 respectively), the additional "X" marked the scheduled "A"-side for Specialty singles. This one was released in April 1955, see review in Billboard of Apr 30, 1955, p. 49.

Last records with the XSP/SP prefix were #583 and #896 respectively in Sep 1956.

 The flipside is numbered XSP-877 and I'm only guessing it's the b-side.
