 I think this was probably the last UK no1 which was issued on 78 - there’s no evidence that any after this one actually exist as 78s.

 im wanting to buy cathys clown 78 for my dad as i broke his as a younge child so if anyone can help or point me in the right direction id be grateful i understand its rare but there has to be one for sale some where im willing to pay the price for my stupid mistake plus it would make me his favorite child again lol

 There were three Warner Bros UK 78s - 1 (Cathy's clown) 10 (Sammy Masters - Rockin' Red Wing) and 19 (Lucille)

 Actually --- there are later (regular issue) 78s in the UK -- and Warner Bros did go as high as at least 19 issues. I have a black and white image of WB.19 which is the Lucille by the Everly's which I can add to the site

 If memory serves, this was the last mass-produced UK 78.
Bit of a shame, as this version blows the 45 off the map, sonically.
