publisher should^W has been emended from g. k. hall & co. to gregg press

when this bookcat item was originally entered, the bookcat doctrine that the imprint should be entered as the publisher, not the publisher owning the imprint, had not been fully evolved, let alone clearly set down in carven stone tablets.
