OldMod67 12th Aug 2018		Book Charles Beaumont - Perchance To Dream (2015)	Cover details correct, I'll upload the cover if I ever get my laptop/scanner situation sorted! He was born Charles Leroy Nutt, and did use a few names, McNutt for example, but by the time these stories were published, he'd changed his name legally to Charles Beaumont.

OldMod67 14th Jul 2018		Book Richard Barnes - The Who Maximum R&B (1982)	As an aside, when I got this in December 1982 and removed the flexi (which was attached via the binding inside if I recall correctly) it must have weakened it severely as within a year or two the pages started to come out. I still have them all, but it's kept in a PVC L.P. sleeve! NB My other Eel Pie book (Mods! also by Richard Barnes) which I had two years earlier met a similar fate, but to a lesser degree....

Later on some were issued in a larger (not so handy) format. Again, when scanner sorted I'll upload covers it no-one else does so in the meantime.

OldMod67 10th Jul 2018		Book Alex Haley - Roots (1978)	NB: I've categorised this as Fiction as it's one of that breed of books based on supposedly true events, but a fictionalized account. I know when I got mine (after watching the TV series) I was under the impression it was non-fiction. Like Schindler's Ark/ List it is usually sold from the fiction section in UK bookshops. Alex Haley described it as 'faction'...

The edition I've entered is the 'standard' hardcover,although my edition is one signed by Kenney and given a special ISBN/ barcode by Waterstones (9781788701099) and sold as such. 8/10/20: added my cover, for illustrative purposes. Sticky barcode aside it doesn't differ.
