23skidoo 22nd Jul 2019		One of two Avengers novels Macnee "wrote", the other being Deadline. Both were preceded by the 1963 novel "The Avengers" by Douglas Enefer, which featured Steed's partner before Emma Peel, Cathy Gale.



ppint. 19th Mar 2019		"ghost-writing" has a long and (dis)honourable history, including the novelization of the film, "star wars". . . (but i've not read macnee or leslie stating that he took no part in the writing of the two.)
