Watch for colour variants on the title text: the green was used for the widely available 4th printing, with other colours such as blue and red used for earlier printings. (Source) (this comment is from another edition of this book)
Bit of trivia for the 1969 movie tie-in cover. The dark-haired model at the 12-o'clock position (with her arm across the middle of Lazenby's hair) is actress Caroline Munro, who had a bit part in the 1967 version of Casino Royale and later played Naomi in the Roger Moore Bond film, The Spy Who Loved Me. One of the other models in this photo (and I can't remember who) actually appears in the OHMSS movie as one of Blofeld's "angels of death". (this comment is from another edition of this book)
I've only just got that.At first I thought you were referring to Donald Duck, who was famously banned in China for not wearing trousers. (this comment is from another edition of this book)
