ppint. 2nd Sep 2022		annaloog: yes, supernatural stories was a magazine: a periodical edited mostly anonymously by samuel (sol) (solomon) assael, the ''john spencer'' of john spencer & co. (publishers) ltd. (but reportedly sometimes by his uncle maurice nahum), under his company's badger books imprint. the frequency of this magazine was usually declared on the front cover. some later issues are declared as ''supernatural specials'', and contain a single novella or a single short novel; these may (or, later on, more commonly may not) declare an obvious periodicity, but all bear cat#s in the supernatural stories SN 1-109 catalogue numbering sequence.
MICKDOOM67 2nd Sep 2022		I agree, they have been placed in magazine incorrectly! but it seems most of those Badger edition (in the magazine section) are already in place in the Badger book list! I think some will be duplicated!
annaloog 2nd Sep 2022		Thanks, apparently a periodical series similar to, say, Avon Monthly Novel ... perhaps those Supernatural Stories listed as magazines should be 'moved' to books?
