Hi
Discogs separates releases even if the changes are minor, so, they will add a new entry if, like the one you found, has a different Retail Price Code or if the Disc is pressed elsewhere, whearas we don't on this site, as long as the country/label/Cat. No./barcode matches exactly, then we can add variants to an existing entry, just scanning the items that differ to what's already added.
The Retail Price codes can differ on similar releases over time, so, here changed PM 500 instead of PM 570 (PM =Pathé Marconi - EMI)(the presence of Retail Price Codes, normally on the rear tray artwork and normally 2 letters followed by 3 numbers are also a good indicator that the CD was distributed in Europe as they were used at the point of sale/on the till's in Europe, we did not use this system in the UK) , so, just a Price code change or a different pressing matrix does not warrant a separate entry, so, as long as the four main indicators match, you can add scans to the existing entry i mentioned.
cheers
Greg

Yes, the link you refer is very close but then I found
this one, with unknown release year. One difference is this code
F: PM 500 instead of PM 570. And there is difference in the digits marked on the Matrix / Runout.

Hi, i wonder, is it
this one?, if so, it can be added to
this one already on this site (although it says UK at the moment, i have put in a request to change it to Europe), just add scans of anything that differs to the UK entry, probably just the rear tray artwork and the Disc, unless the back of the booklet differs as well, and note "Made In Holland" in the image decsription.
cheers
