Oddly enough Discogs has the German disc as an EU release I would say because they don't have scans of the disc on-site. But EU or Germany, the inclusion of the CID 8149 marks it out as different release. I opened my disc up and the disc has Made In Germany

Quad5point1 11th Jan 2018		CD Album Various Artists - Happy Days: 26 Fun Hits From The Sixties (1995)	Review This disc has the usual disclaimer about re-recorded tracks only this time it isn't tucked away on the inside of the cover inlay where you wouldn't see it until you got home and opened it, It's actually on the CD Tray Insert where you can see it hiding in plain sight. All the tracks have been re-recorded except tracks 3 & 20. The rest of them are abysmal and not worth listening to. Another one for the shredder. Quad5point1 11th Jan 2018		CD Album Various Artists - No1's Of The Sixties (1988)	Review This disc has the usual disclaimer about re-recorded tracks tucked away on the inside of the cover inlay where you wouldn't see it until you got home and opened it. All the tracks seem to have been re-recorded except track 5. The rest of them are abysmal and not worth listening to. They even managed to slip in 3 tracks from the 70's ??. Quad5point1 27th Dec 2017		CD Album The Beach Boys - Greatest Hits (1987)	Review Tracks 1,2,3,5,6,7, & 8 all sound like very early mixes of the songs. Track 4 is an instrumental in the Tijuana Brass style, Track 9 is an instrumental with the saxophone taking the lead vocal part and track 10 is also an instrumental. Quad5point1 21st Dec 2017		CD Album Small Faces - Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake (2012)	Cuiousity finally got the better of me and I opened this one up, 5 years after buying it. I've added a complete set of scans for it. After listening to the discs there was one track annoying me and that was track 13 on Disc 2, Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake (Alternate Take - Phased Mix - Stereo). After ripping the discs I imported that track into Sound Forge and reversed it, so when they say Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake (Alternate Take - Phased Mix - Stereo) what they really mean is that some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to just reverse it and stick a label on it like "Alternate Take". I can see now why Kenney Jones was getting pissed off with the way the industry was messing with the Small Faces catalogue just to squeeze more money from an unsuspecting fan base. Good on you Ken !!

Quad5point1 16th Dec 2017		CD Album Various Artists - The Animals (2001)	It states on the cover that "Some Of The Tracks Are Re-Recordings by the Original Artist or One or more Members of the Original Group". _All_ of the tracks are Re-Recordings (except the live ones) and are really rather pitiful efforts on behalf of Mr Burdon. It's the usual midi keyboard backing tracks with vocals added, total rubbish.

Quad5point1 9th Dec 2017		CD Album Various Artists - The Art Of McCartney (2014)	I think I'll file it under comedy, the worst vocal interpretations were Billy Joel and Bob Dylan, closely followed by Chrissie Hynde who sounds like she's got hiccups during the recording, absolutely dreadful. I don't much like reggae either and there are two songs here which really grated on me. Yep, I think one to be brought out to make people laugh.
