TopPopper 15th May 2020		CD Album The Smiths - Strangeways, Here We Come (1993)	People who don't listen to them often say that. But if you listen, you will realise their music, far from being depressing, is jubliant - spangly guitars, tambourines and lots of humour. I'd more likely want to slash my wrists after listening to an album by George Michael.
TopPopper 13th Apr 2020		CD Album Paul McCartney - Wingspan (2001)	Maybe I'm Amazed, Back Seat of My Car and Waterfalls were solo - two of them before Wings even existed. In my view, when Paul blurs his solo work into Wings's work, he cheapens the band's legacy - as if they don't matter and it's all about him. Wingspan would have been better as a true Wings compilation.

TopPopper 7th Oct 2019		CD Album The Beatles - The Please Please Me Sessions (2019)	I know who created this a few weeks ago, and as many fan remixers do, he also created mock-up CD inserts. These aren't scans of a paper booklet, you will notice. They are computer generated for printing out. So far as I know this does not exist physically, and there's no Hey Zube! label. It's a brilliant bit of work, mind you - just not a CD.

TopPopper 1st Jun 2019		CD Album The Beatles - Abbey Road (2009)	This series of events is bound to be of great interest - link Mark Lewisohn talks (for the first time, to my knowledge) about what he knows, and we don't - yet - about the Abbey Road album. The show is called Hornsey Road - and only he knows why at the moment. Happy to give this a plug, and for the record, it's nothing to do with me! Just wanting to spread the word for fellow Beatles fans.

Great work to all contributors, and thanks to Alan for uploading the last half-dozen or so. Here's looking forward to Now 102 later this year...
