Janet Waldo, the original voice of Judy Jetson, had recorded all of her lines for the movie. However, Hanna Barbera re-recorded then pop star Tiffany as Judy, removing Waldo’s voice.

Both George O’Hanlon and Mel Blanc passed away during production.

Film is noteworthy for its use of early CGI backgrounds.
