Gold Seal disc was 1948 issue .... NOT 1946 !
... as "THAT'S LIBERTY" .... rather than original "BROTHER, THAT'S LIBERTY" ... both sides of GS 7262 were the original 2 BEL-TONE tracks by Frankie Laine acquired by Gold Seal in 1948 following the demise of Bel-Tone.

Alan KILLEN of Liverpool 21st Nov 2017 | | 78 RPMFrankie Laine - In The Wee Small Hours / You're A Character, Dear | According to the Bel-Tone advertisement in Billboard (Aug 11) "In The Wee Small Hours" was scheduled as the "B" side of "Brother, That's Liberty" for release on August 15, 1945 as # 0255, with # 0256 advertised as being; Wini Beatty (Side A) ... Gene Sargent (Side B).
The September 1st issue carried the same info re - #0255 & #0256 as ..
"GOING BIG EVERYWHERE !" ... However, it would appear that on second thought someone realised that if the Laine tracks - matrix #2324 (B,TL) and # 2327 (ITWSH) were issued separately backed by matrix #2325 & 2326 they would sell TWO discs rather than ONE!!
Consequently, matrix #2327 (ITWSH) appeared on S-0255;
while matrix #2324 (B,TL) appeared on S-0256

Alan KILLEN of Liverpool 21st Nov 2017 | | 78 RPMFrankie Laine - On The Sunny Side Of The Street / Blue Turning Grey Over You | The"A" prefix to "1027" denotes that it was part of FL's first album "FRANKIE LAINE SINGS" - a three-disc album of '78s' (pre-LP days) numbered # A-22. As can be seen, this number appears on the disc together with the Mercury matrix # of each track:
Side A - (OTSSOTS) #601 : Side B - (BTGOY) # 606
These were two of six tracks (# 601;602;603;604;605;606) recorded at the 1946-10-18 session.
The first 3 featured Babe Russin on tenor-sax and Lou Singer on drums ; the latter 3 had Singer on vibes as Russin (according to FL) had to move on to a previously-scheduled appointment. These tracks were not originally intended as 'single' releases ... only as 'album' content; but due to pressure by the 'coin' (juke-box) operators they were issued as such ... minus the "A" suffix. Despite being at variance with the normal "5000" series of FL's other releases, the numbering of the 3 discs (# 1026 ; 1027 & 1028) was retained
