Been collecting records since late 1970s, mainly interested in music with individuality.
In the early 1990s I bought a chunk of a famous radio 1 DJ's record collection, mostly in top condition, many promos.
I have created this account specifically for swapping records, please do email me if you see an item in my collection as it will be an item that I want to swap, or I suppose sell, but I'd mainly like to swap. The records so far added are only about half of what I have to swap but I am currently very busy with other things and don't have the time to add everything.

AlbertSwaps 3rd Nov 2017		Vinyl Album The Beatles - The Decca Tapes	anything with links to Russia or Ukraine has got to be a bootleg/pirate, record shops are full of pirate releases from there.
AlbertSwaps 24th Sep 2016		Classical Item Clifford Curzon - Grieg: Piano Concerto	flipback added, red front cover, the record is mono but I don't particularly want to add all the details again if there is a risk the input screen will bomb out.
AlbertSwaps 20th Sep 2016		Vinyl Album Mantovani And His Orchestra - The World Of Mantovani Vol.2	Added back sleeve with bullet hole, and labels for record within, sorry about the poor pictures.
AlbertSwaps 13th Aug 2016		Vinyl Album Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin	Added some images of the turquoise/cyan sleeve for comparison. Thinking the sepia tone on the back would be a mix of M & Y colour plates, then replacing the cyan colour on the front with orange they would presumably be cutting the costs of printing. EDIT: It occurred to me that I can do some analysis myself using photoshop, so loading up my pictures I sampled the turquoise colour and checked the CMYK settings which showed C=67%, M=0%, Y=27%, K=0%, Then I grabbed carryonsidney's cover and sampled the orange which showed C=7%, M=63%, Y=91%, K=1%. Assuming that there are some errors with the colour reproduction on camera shots then I think the results are quite conclusive. However on the back sleeve taking a colour sample from Mr Plant's shoulder gave somewhat less conclusive results; settings on my picture give C=25%, M=72%, Y=88%, K=14%, carryonsidney's cover C=19%, M=63%, Y=64%, K=4%, I was rather hoping to see Cyan drop to near zero. I think more tests are needed with better source material.
