The Damned - Machine Gun Etiquette		As far as I can make out there are:

black vinyl - red label - green inner sleeve - 1982
blue vinyl - red label - blue inner sleeve - 1982
clear vinyl - red label - magenta inner sleeve -1982

black vinyl - black label - blue or purple inner sleeve - 1986

Any additions/corrections?
