Helen Reddy - Love Song For Jeffrey
Review
The 2nd best album ever made, after only Janis Ian's Between the Lines.
Pick of the bunch : "Keep on singing" with "Pretty pretty" and "Stella by Starlight" not far behind.

Janis Ian - Between The Lines
Review
The best album ever made, with no exceptions.
I bought this having only heard "At Seventeen" and then found half a dozen other tracks on the album that are even better, and '17' is itself a 5* song.
The pick of the bunch : "Tea & sympathy" ; a chilling song and one of the best 10 songs ever recorded.
Fabulous.

Design - In Flight
Review
One of the best albums ever made.
Side 1 is merely OK, but Side 2 is filled with one fabulous song after another ; the pick of the bunch being "Losing You". Any dyed-in-the-wool 'folkies' out there will surely find "I am the Greene Manne" right up their street.
A 5* album : recommended.

Charles Jolly - The Laughing Policeman / You've Got To Laugh
My great-grandfather bought this, presumably on release in 1922, and we still have it in the family possessions ; and it still gets played, albeit occasionally!

Vaughn Monroe - Riders In The Sky / Red Roses For A Blue Lady
This was my dad's first ever record purchase : he didn't buy another for 2 years, and thus his copy is VERY worn! Still plays, but not easy to discern all the words!
