The first two albums by Lullaby for the Working Class - Blanket Warm, and I Never Even Asked for Light - are two of my favorites of all time. But few others seem to know them (although Mike Mogis and Ted Stevens have had some success with later projects)

Love both Hight Tide and Monochrome Set! As a couple days one of the members sadly left us Stuart Gordon), I'd vote for Shortwave Band on RCA. Maybe even too eclectic but really intriguing.
