I have entered CD Album 500 Miles: The Best Of The Hooters, using the label Camden (Europe)
The cat.no. would equally suit Sony so it would have been valid to enter it as Sony, and it is also debateable whether it is a UK release, or Europe or International.
My thinking is that Camden is shown prominently on the disc; I presume that Camden dates back to the RCA days. Further, this release shows a url on the disc: www.sonycamden.com which now leads us to Legacy UK, 'about' > "Part of Sony Commercial Music Group UK"
This then could be argued to be a UK release though everything else seems to make this a more widely distributed album
GEMSMFAN has a list of CBS Group Labels - I wonder how Camden relates to CBS?

Bit of a convoluted story here ...
RCA Victor based in the city of Camden in the U.S. sate of New Jersey. In the 1950s (possibly but definitely in the 1960s) RCA launched the budget Camden label -- famous for junk low-price low-quality re-issues (fewer tracks, etc)
This label persisted until the 1970s I think.
Of course years later, Bertelsmann bought RCA, and then Sony bought U.S. Columbia which used CBS outside of the USA and Canada (for example). That all melted together when Sony and Bertelsmann merged.
In principle, stuff on Epic, for example could be released on RCA given that they are now one big happy family.
Getting to the point where I think that eventually you will have just one label -- ad to that I say --
Juke Jules' query is similar to the RCA vs. BMG one in Cassette World; in this context the Sony Music logo represents the Sony Music company, and should only be entered as a label if there is no other logo. Most of the majors include their logo as well as the label logo these days, and EMI (RIP) did this for decades with the labels that they owned.
