Something wrong with this currently? Tried to link to PCS 7090 this those international versions, and each time only the latest one overwrote the previously entered one. Had this for some time now.
Still puzzling me.
Tried to link this 1982 German rel. 6.25 422 to UK one SEEZ 46, and then a later German one also 207 869. Now that last one is the sole link to the UK original.

It worked OK for me too. Not sure what is going wrong.
One thing though when I went to add the link one of the German issues was set as the Primary release which shouldn't be the case (Madness being a UK act the Stiff release should be Primary)
Please investigate some more. It happened again to me. This time it was PCS 7165. Had only one linke to US Apple version SW-3414. First to add I found was the NL one, which has now become the sole link.
If this is not for mere members to be used, then please remove the functionality.
Ref. DrD's logic regarding an act's nationality and primary link, I believe this would be a bit simplistic and could only apply to earlier releases pre-corporate conglomerates or Rolling Stonesification.
I had a similar problem recently trying to link a 78rpm to non-US issues. When I linked it to a, say, Canadian issue that was already linked to a Dutch and New Zealand issue, the US issue wasn't just added to the list, as usual, but only the Canadian and US issues were linked, and the linked to the Canadian issue disappeared from the other two records. I had to link every record anew to my original US issue. Only then the adding on worked.
It normally happens When A and B are linked, then someone links C to B, rather than C to A. The A to B link disappears, quite how this is solved as on first linking no primary release is identified as such ( and it may be the incorrect primary release - eg the French and The German releases linked, but only because no one had entered the home country Italian issue at the time of linking ).
