 | Orbiting Cat Member since Jan 2008 1188 Points Administrator | We're sorry to hear that Discogs sister websites such as Comicogs, Bookogs, Filmogs & Gearogs are closing down. Here at 45cat/45worlds, we have similar websites which you might find useful. 45cat is the original website for 7" records. It's the most complete and active 7" vinyl website in the world. 45worlds is the companion website to 45cat. It contains 15 "worlds", some of which are analogues of the closed Discogs websites: Vinyl Albums, 12" Records, CD Albums, CD Singles, 78 RPM and Tape Media all are specialised versions of formats found on Discogs. Filmogs is implemented as 2 separate 45worlds: Cinema lists all the movies every made (similar to IMDB) and DVD & Blu-ray lists physical releases of movies. The 2 worlds are linked automatically. Book World is the same as Bookogs. Finally, we have a 3rd companion website called 45spaces. This allows you to start your own "world". For instance you could start a world about amplifiers or CD players, similar to Gearogs. 45cat/45worlds/45spaces are linked websites: your account works on all 3 websites and your collection/points are all linked together. We have no Comicogs on 45worlds at the moment, but we do have plans to launch it soon. So, welcome to our friendly community to all new members. 45cat has been here since 2008 and 45worlds since 2012, so be assured the websites are here to stay! |

| Pridesale Member since Mar 2013 805 Points | bit annoyed about Bookogs, I think it was arranged a bit better than the sorting of contributions by title, I used it mostly because trying to get amazon to get old stuff right was a nightmare, as is their duplication of .com and .co.uk entries for dual copyright books. |

Anything is better than Filmogs, I think we only had 2 interactions/posts from staff this year alone, we basically have been fending for ourselves before they then decided to nuke the project. |

I'm noticed some display with 45Cinema entries. Some don't. My question is how does one add a 45Cinema entry? and then How to link it to a release? |

| MoreThanMusic this place reminds me of Fox News Member since Jul 2020 105 Points | Am glad I didn't waste my time adding more to those sites, only added some videos and books. Had already scanned a whole load of them ready to add so hope to add those here at some point, though seeing a big chunk of my CD, vinyl and cassette collection is not on here yet, will probably take some time before I get around to videos and books. |

It's nice to have a new place to hang around Sure it is different but i'm sure it could work.
