That's a great question...and there are a handful of same-named films from the same year. I can imagine a number of different ways to differentiate them. In this explicit case, a possibility might be:

Journey To The Center Of The Earth [2008]
and
Journey To The Center Of The Earth [2008] [TV Movie]

Perhaps same-title+date cases might be better left to a per title basis rather than a global rule. Another example might use [short] as an identifier or even a director's name? Those might be more useful in identifying the proper film based strictly on text values. Just thinking out loud here...

Would this be an acceptable way to name this title?
It works as a temporary measure, but it's not easy to understand which one it is.

That's exactly what I was thinking, so I've changed it.

I guess the third one can be listed as ...[2008] [Direct-To-Video] when it gets added.

Anyways, if you're ever unsure, just add it and put to the Forums for discussion.

Correct! Coronation Street has almost 10.000 episodes for instance..

Possibly we will add individual episodes in the future.

Its possible, depends how much if imdb or specific websites you dont want to emulate is to create a world for some TV Serial Dramas or whatever. This has an advantage depending how you structure it that it can include the old tat collectibles and note re-run dates in aus and ITV2 for example.

Hopefully, it would be a more perfect job. On Filmogs for each Murder she wrote box set (Italian version) I had to upload as many films as there are episodes: about 200!

Maybe consider as a simplistic first step to date and title each episode in a comment under the generic - maybe with a url link to the imdb entry. If there are 200 the obvious is 20 comments of 10 episodes (or a comment per season) , as you can edit ( your own) comments after posting you can order the contents in whatever chronolgical order you feel like. At least then you have the basic structure to start off with if adding more detail into a suitable database structure (if needed) later.

i tend to view TV World as being a bit like the simpler TV guides rather than the more in depth Radio Times and TV Times. images of title screens can be added in date order to the master page , and things like plots and personnel are probably best left in imbd, though that does not prevent such items being commented on.

Better to use some sort of description in square brackets, like Fred Smith [MGM] or [50s Sci-Fi] or [Venezuela]

I have a feeling that many common name have multiple people with the same credit name here. A common name "David Bradley" has three different actors showing up as this credit for different films, and one additional David Bradley has a name of "David Bradley [Kes]" with the film he was in in brackets. Here's the mappings to IMDB names (with the imdb "version" numbers appended). I have a film to add this name that maps to "David Bradley (V)" on imdb. Should I create a separate entry with IMDB's "version" as part of his name "David Bradley [V]" as a helpful convention to help and ask someone sort these others out to perhaps just have the "David Bradley (1)" entry be "David Bradley" and the others all with bracketed IMDB version numbers?

David Bradley:
Await Further Instructions -> David Bradley (IV)
The Lodgers -> David Bradley (IV)
An Adventure In Space And Time -> David Bradley (IV)
Harry Brown -> David Bradley (IV)
The Daisy Chain -> David Bradley (IV)
Lower Level -> David Bradley (V)
American Ninja 4: The Annihilation -> David Bradley (V)
American Ninja 3: Blood Hunt -> David Bradley (V)
They Saved Hitler's Brain -> David Bradley (I)
The Madmen Of Mandoras -> David Bradley (I)
12 to the Moon -> David Bradley (I)
Dragstrip Riot -> David Bradley (I)

and

David Bradley [Kes]:
Kes -> David Bradley (II)

I have a doubt to expose: can live concerts organized by the television of Italian Switzerland be included in the live music section?
Thanks, Roberto

JJ I suppose the question is (and more relevant for this odd days), Are TV and Radio Performances that dont have a ticketed audience and are for broadcast only a Live Music thing , ( and then pedantically only if broadcast live as opposed to record for future transmission ?) Or should they have a space rather than live on worlds.

I suppose for TV things like Jules Holland weekly and annual performances they are dealt with by the Television orld - the audience in them appears to be often invited celebrities but I dont know if there a normally additional public ballot ticket arrangements for limited attendences.

If Van Perry's Question meant is there a CSV or similar upload facility, then no. If it is ,"I entered lots of information on filmogs, is it OK to enter type it here?". then , assuming information is correct, then yes- though read the opening info about the site (like its not meant to duplicate as such iMDB, but compliment , being more an enthusiast experience to talk about film(in all its widest 'formats'). and allow collective artwork changes etc to shown on one country page per film title- and easily link to related titles ,etc

This is why we need actor pages or pages for people.

So for cinema it displays all films one has been in and has links / photos, would make chosing the correct one easier.

I seem to recall, when I was here 2 years ago, that we are able to list CD's here that we've made ourselves. Is that so?

There's always IMDb.com.

My bad Break-In-Master the topic was discussed in the Mod Forum so not accessible by non-mods the outcome was as long as the home CD's are added as bootlegs then that is ok. But some may have different views.
