Probably no longer than any other song, really. That said, there have been a few examples such as Garbage's World is Not Enough where the lyrics directly refer to something in the movie so at least they'd have to have enough time to work that in. Some Bond themes are pretty generic - really, All Time High could have been written for any Rita Coolidge album or even be something off-the-shelf.
