Not sure if these two qualify but I believe that they were at the very end of the 1940's probably going into the new decade.....Both were recorded on London but have proved impossible to find as yet.....Any help will be much appreciated......."Wedding Bells" by Freddie Hall and "Brother Bill/Sugar Baby" by Dave Appell Trio

I don't think the info for Dave Apell as London 30107 can be correct?. London [UK] starts at L.501 and never reached 30000+ . There are some London 78's from Argentina that start 300.... ? I wondered if 30107 was actually a matrix number? (stills seems to high though).

Many thanks for finding "Wedding Bells" but I have still drawn a blank on getting either of the Dave Appell sides....The catalogue numbers I got from the official London catalogue so I'd presume that they would be correct.
Hi Mike, Never came across the Dave Appell Trio 78 on London, most of these early U.K London 78s are seldom ever seen except the hits. Can be very elusive but need a lot of luck to find one. Stay hopeful. Malcolm
