Quite a few which have been upgraded:
Jurassic Park to 12 from PG.
Baby Doll the Elia Kazan film now 12 was PG
Crossfire Robert Mitchum film now 12
His Girl Friday now PG

A noticeable downgrade is Fight Club has gone from 18 to 15

There was talk once of Casablanca being upgraded to R (in the US) due to the fact people smoke in the movie. I'm not making that up. Thankfully wiser heads prevailed and instead talk turned to using CG to remove all the cigs instead.

Didn't the same thing nearly happen to Lord of the Rings? I think that got a PG or PG-13 rating in the end, but either way, fears of hobbits and wizards corrupting the youth with their pipeweed proved unfounded: I was in high school at the time and I can report that not one of the class stoners turned to pipe-smoking.

Pretty much every Hammer Horror film is now a 15 or less. The only 18-rated films are To The Devil A Daughter (a permanent 18 methinks), Demons Of The Mind and Straight On Till Morning.

Surprisingly The Silence Of The Lambs (2017 theatrical re-release) and Pasolini's The Canterbury Tales are also now 15 rated.
