I have 2 copies of this album but, as there seems to be no standard for how to enter the title into 45World’s entries, whenever I search for them in my collection only one copy shows up in the search results. So should there be a standard for titles like this ?
Original UK Mono and Stereo copies are “Ogdens’…” on both sleeve and label (in fact to open another can of worms Side 1 says “Ogdens’…” but Side 2 says “Happiness Stan”)
My 1980’s Irish re-issue and 2018 coloured vinyl re-issue both say “Ogdens’…” on the sleeve but “Ogden’s…” on the label.
Strikes me that they might all be standardised to “Ogdens’ Nut Gone Flake”, as per the original UK issue, but that would be up to admins and may be a complete b@ll-ache to do. I’m just throwing this out there for discussion…

I would have thought that as it was a surname "Ogden" as in Stan Ogden it would have been Ogden's and anything apart from Ogden's would have been an error. The brand "Ogden's" did exist and also sold "St. Bruno Flake" with the brand name "Ogden's" clearly showing with the apostrophe shown thus.
However whoever was in charge of the graphics for the COVER of Ogden's Nut Gone Flake put the apostrophe in the wrong place. The same error was made on the labels so that at least the labels and the cover match. It is possible that the apostrophe was misplaced on purpose to avoid any eventual legal action from the tobacco company. Therefore the correct name for the original album and any following issue is correctly "Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake" because that is the title given by the record company at issue.
