 | Whyperion SUBS Too Many Records , Too Little Time Member since Jan 2013 306 Points | It seems I cannot pick up a straightforward record ! Mood Music so far as I can see was an EMI sub - title , of course the one I have is on FDH , which I presume is Music Publisher Francis Day and Hunter. Its at FDH 196 so there must be a few about , first published 1958 but I can find no 45 counterpart. Can you add FDH as label and anyone got better information on this series ? |

There are references on cinema music sites , 405tv sites , Robert Farnon society and so on but these only give one or two examples that may not be complete. Anyway add label FDH ? |

Some of his many recordings for the London publishers Francis, Day, and Hunter are now made available again in this collection; most of these rare tracks are appearing for the first time on a commercially available CD. This CD presents a special selection of unique archive production music recordings made in London during the second half of the 1940s. | Whyperion SUBS Too Many Records , Too Little Time Member since Jan 2013 306 Points | Oh ! #!~@**^% . Is that one a Francis Day and Hunter Production or an EMI Mood Music Sub Label. !!! I think FDH was absorbed at sometime into EMI Music Publishing. Sidney Torch on 45cat I did try searching to see if there were any tracks issued on FDH series that were not Mood Music , anyone know.
