nboldock 7th Aug 2015		He's done neither, he's on that barbecue competition programme thing on UK telly at the moment, and he actually looks to have gained weight if anything. I've only seen the trailer I hasten to add!



Monolith 26th Jul 2015		I'm not referring to the host's adulation, I mean the adulation of people who go in for eating contests, just to get their name on the wall and a free t-shirt stating "I'm a fat slob who can eat more than you". Everyone standing around applauding some schmuck stuffing his face with food, cheering him on and waiting for his heart to give out. For the Host (Adam Richman) I heard he'd lost a lot of weight and had turned vegetarian.



23skidoo 26th Jul 2015		@Monolith. It's not really adulation on the host. The show profiles actual food articles that people can order from these places. And some of them are not only insane but I think outright dangerous. Though to be fair I recall seeing a few menu items featured in this show that clearly aren't intended to be eaten by a single person. Though how this guy manages to avoid being 400 lbs is beyond me.



Monolith 26th Jul 2015		Watched quite a few of these episodes, then one day I realised if you've seen one episode you've seen them all. Really can't get my head around the adulation foisted on someone for being to eat more food than someone else.
