I believe that that's Don Storer of Lord Rockingham's XI on drums seen on the cover, which suggests that the picture was taken on the set of the "Oh, Boy!" tv show. Surprisingly, Hank doesn't have his guitar plugged in. The bands on this show played live, or so we're told. Perhaps Lord Rockingham's were providing the backing, with Hank, Bruce (and Jet?) making a visual appearance

Added blue Columbia label variant, the (P) years all to the left, not split, no tax code visible. Strange the earlier b side label has "MT" visible, which according to my only source on discogs was only valid from Jan to Jun 1963? Printers code on mine is 6507, but company inner as on 45spaces points to a 67 packaging (but this may have been changed by previous owners anytime)
