@RecordDragon apparently this was released worldwide on I.R.S. except for Spain where it was released on Epic and Illegal. Check out the labels on the link and you will see that they match. A great album by the way.

I own the 12 inch Rubellan Remasters violet vinyl that just came out.
It contains both the 10 inch and 12 inch vinyl versions of "Ain't This The Life".

While not the 10-inch itself, I will put "I own it" since I do technically physically own the EP.

Hope more LP pages are made since repressings are a thing.
