Focus B 26th Oct 2023		Vinyl Album Genesis - Trespass (1972)	This issue would appear to date from 1972 as the Charisma label wasn't launched in Germany until then. This was originally issued on Philips with the same catalogue number.

To replace the 1205509 image, here's the full rear cover from the late 1969 issue as well.
Focus B 9th May 2023		Vinyl Album The Buckinghams - Made In Chicago (1975)	What a truly superb set this is. Portraits is especially good, though Hey Baby (They're Playing Our Song) is a little out of place. Would be rather like The Beatles Ticket To Ride ending Side 1 of Sgt Pepper! As for the earlier album, the cover of The Beatles' I'll Be Back is worth a mention. Most such covers are not a patch on the originals, yet The Buckinghams made the song their own, which takes some doing.

Same black titled sleeve as uploaded by Tony. I'll upload the labels in due course. What's interesting is it has the same 2W/2W as my late 1969 mono pressing!

Interesting to note, not only the stereo colour was used, but the track and publishing info is the same as on the first issue but with the group credited.

Focus B 26th Apr 2023		Vinyl Album The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967)	Anyone have more info on copies that lack crediting A Day In The Life on Side 2? I recently purchased a mono copy and was surprised to notice it lacked any mention of B6 on the label. I guess this omission was on very early mono copies only. To the best of my knowledge, all stereo copies credit the song.
Focus B 23rd Apr 2023		Vinyl Album The Residents - Meet The Residents (1977)	Uploaded an alternative rear sleeve from a later issue, circa 1979. Labels and catalogue number identical, front of sleeve a deeper orange but otherwise the same. Boots was, of course written by Lee Hazlewood. This album is an absolute masterpiece. How they managed to make a true stereo version out of a mono original without apparent re-recording is not far short of a miracle!

Focus B 8th Jan 2023		Vinyl Album Genesis - Selling England By The Pound (1986)	Never intended to buy a copy, I got a sleeveless copy for free as part of mail order packing! It must be said the pressing quality is excellent. It was a nice surprise seeing I unintentially lost my West German original copy a few years ago.

Focus B 2nd Oct 2022		Vinyl Album Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band - Safe As Milk (1969)	I was under the impression the original Pye International 12 track version was deleted fairly quickly and replaced with this budget issue. I've only seen copies of the original with the temporary blue label. Marble Arch re-issued Kinda Kinks in 1969 in its entirety.
Focus B 1st Oct 2022		Vinyl Album Family - Family Entertainment (1969)	It wasn't uncommon for Kinney to have used the earlier PYE masters for their re-issues. I have an original Pye pressed and Kinney re-issue of Mason Williams ' Long Time Blues/Classical Gas 45 for example. I was amazed to find exactly the same Pye masters were utilised for both sides, the re-issue having an added K matrix too of course.
