musictom SUBS 13th Jan 2016		Vinyl Album Dan Hill - Longer Fuse (1977)	A side image {945488} seems to show marks for Columbia, Santa Maria. The B side {945489} seems to indicate Terre Haute. As I obtained this at their Los Angeles distributor and Santa Maria pressed most (or all) of their west coast product, I'd assume this to be a Santa Maria product.

musictom SUBS 13th Jan 2016		Vinyl Album Tom T. Hall - Country Is (1974)	On promo copy deadwax markings include SRM-1-711 with 711 scratched out and replaced by handwritten 1009. Likely 1-711 was the originally intended catalog number. The 1000 series was started with a higher list price.

When CBS took over Jet distribution, they re-released this under the CBS consolidated numbering scheme. UA (Capitol?) dumped all their inventory into the cutout market. So you had a situation where a high charting album could be purchased for full price or at a discount from the cut-out bins.

Also see what could be an S for Columbia Santa Maria. What with RCA, Hollywood closed, Fantasy would have been looking for another pressing plant. I don't remember ever seeing a Monarch, Fantasy record.
