nboldock 29th Apr 2017		Vinyl Album The Watersons - A Yorkshire Garland (1966)	The confusion is I think I have the white sleeve version (will check) which I knew was a reissue but didn't realise it utilised the same catalogue number. Let me double check and I'll simply delete the comment which will fix the confusion (apologies).

nboldock 21st Mar 2017		Vinyl Album Culture - Two Sevens Clash (2011)	I think this should actually be on VP Records - the Joe Gibbs labels are just facsimiles in my opinion (I'm open to debate on this). Also the label colour and typeface is different on my copy so there are obviously some variations kicking around (I'll scan them when I get chance).

Never considered whether Vinyl 180 is a label as such. I'll ponder this (and have another look at it tomorrow). My copy was pre-ordered through Pledge Music.

My charity shop score of the day. In fact my charity shop score of the last couple of years - mega finds are still out there!

nboldock 29th Jan 2017		Vinyl Album Petrol Girls - Talk Of Violence (2016)	Just collected this from the post office and my copy doesn't appear to have the folded lyric insert (I've just mailed the record company). There are no composer credits anywhere else (I'm assuming they're on the insert) so can't fill them in but I will do once they send me the insert (assuming they do). EDIT: viewed the insert online so composer credits now added. In the meantime, whack the volume up and play this - it's absolutely splendid. [YouTube Video]

Workhorse was based in East Yorkshire - some (not all) releases feature local artists so I keep an eye out for them but they aren't easy to find!

Please could you check the back sleeve, at the bottom it should say "Distributed in the UK by Making Waves" in which case it's the UK issue which I also now have. The record is pressed in France but I don't think it's a French issue.
