TheDroid 4th Jul 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumXTC - Skylarking (1986) | @Steve Carp - I believe you should add this as a new entry as it has a different track listing (Added "Dear God", removed "Mermaid Smile").
TheDroid 26th Jun 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumSt. Paradise - St. Paradise (1979) | I think the translation for "The Group" got mixed up with "The Album" portion and resulted in a duplication of the text.
TheDroid 22nd Jun 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Road - The Road (1969) | That is not true. On my two U.S. copies the song order is as listed on the labels, in fact, the song "Follow The Road" which is listed on the back cover, is not even listed on the labels and acts as a 26 second lead-in to "She's Not There". Perhaps the song order on the Canadian pressing differs. A few related comments to the single can be found here https://www.45cat.com/record/ka256 that I made in September 2014.
TheDroid 16th Jun 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumBurton Cummings - Woman Love (1980) | Added misprinted title on spine on original issue of LP ("Woman In Love"). Subsequently corrected and issued with artist name on front cover in blue lettering instead of purple.
TheDroid 11th Jun 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumCreedence Clearwater Revival - Green River (1969) | Of course, that inner sleeve would be from a later issue of the LP and was used on all their U.S. albums through Pendulum after the release of Cosmo's Factory.
TheDroid 27th May 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Five Americans - The Five Americans' Progressions (1967) | Poor grammar? All discographies I have seen just use "Progressions" as the title. Discogs has twelve entries, including Sundazed reissues, which use that as the title also.
TheDroid 14th May 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Brady Bunch - Merry Christmas From The Brady Bunch (1970) | According to the "It's A Sunshine Day The Best Of The Brady Bunch" CD, this LP was released in November 1970, which coincides with the single https://www.45cat.com/record/paa0062 listed on 45cat.

TheDroid 6th May 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumThe German Panzer - Send Them All To Hell (2014) | Where does "German" Panzer come from. I don't see "German" on labels or cover?

TheDroid 31st Mar 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumRingo Starr - Ringo (1973) | @Bluemeanie - you should probably listen to and time your "Six O'Clock" as the labels all had the 5:26 timing listed (misprint not corrected), although they usually track in at about 4:05 or so.
TheDroid 15th Mar 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumCarole Bayer Sager - Carole Bayer Sager (1977) | In the early 80's I assisted her in getting her intoxicated husband off the beach and up to a house in Del Mar.
TheDroid 13th Mar 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumPoco - Rose Of Cimarron (1976) | The R 130407 would indicate this is a RCA Music Service pressing. This was a record club that contracted with various labels to distribute albums/ tapes via mail order.
TheDroid 7th Mar 2020 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Who - Two's Missing (1987) | Although "Wasp Man" (Track B7) is credited to John Entwistle, it is really a Keith Moon composition, as outlined in the notes on the back cover written by Entwistle himself.

TheDroid 7th Dec 2019 | | Vinyl AlbumUnion - On Strike (1981) | Actually Sparks, Pierce & Baird were already gone and a second Ironhorse LP SB 7108 was released in 1980 with Frank Ludwig and Chris Leighton aboard. Bass player Ron Foos did not make it through to the revamped Ironhorse line-up, being replaced by Fred Turner, which was renamed Union. Soon after the Union LP was released to little interest, Randy Bachman and Fred Turner decided to revisit their BTO legacy and try to regain past success. They added Randy's brother Tim Bachman and Guess Who drummer Garry Peterson and achieved some limited success.

TheDroid 14th Nov 2019 | | Vinyl AlbumThe Buckinghams - Time And Charges (1967) | Perhaps a typo, but the date for this should be May, 1967 instead of March.
TheDroid 11th Nov 2019 | | Vinyl AlbumJohn Entwistle - Rigor Mortis Sets In (1973) | Interestingly, in the U.S. the cover and gatefold are reversed.

TheDroid 28th Jul 2019 | | Vinyl AlbumThe James Gang - Straight Shooter (1972) | @whitewhale1965 -
Yes. He appears on the final two LP's of the original Guess Who run. Formed a writing partnership with Burton Cummings, but his style didn't quite mesh with The Guess Who's history and a frustrated Cummings decided to break up the band and go solo in October 1975.
TheDroid 24th Jul 2019 | | Vinyl AlbumPoco - Blue And Gray (1981) | I picked up a sealed copy of this yesterday to complete my original Poco LP's. Sadly, the purchase was from Skip's Records and CD World, a local Eugene, Oregon landmark for the last 30 years, which is closing its' doors. A great store in a smaller market will be sorely missed.
