russh29 12th Aug 2024		@OldMod67 like you it seems I’ve given up on him now. The last record I liked was “Sonik Kicks”. I gave up buying after “True Meanings”, there’s enough streaming services these days where I can figure out if I need to shell out my hard earned on another lacklustre effort or not. I haven’t even bothered listening to the last 2 (Fat Pop & 666). I live in hope that the fire hasn’t really gone out and he’ll make a blinding record one day but I fear that those days are far, far behind him.



OldMod67 8th Feb 2022		@russh29: thanks for the review. I must admit I quite like A4-B3, but it really is a mixed bag, which is how I (unfortunately) found his later releases to be. I do give them a listen, but this was the last release I bought. The last one I really loved was As Is Now, with some truly great tunes on the next few, but overall not as strong. He's still amazingly successful, so I'm in a minority I know!
